Built for hospitality
independence.
Act I: The OTA Drain
Working inside Booking.com, our founder Saad El Fellah saw the hospitality industry's biggest flaw from the inside.
Incredible riads, guesthouses, and independent hotels were bleeding 15% to 25% of their revenue in commissions. Not because their service lacked quality, but because they lacked the digital infrastructure to capture demand themselves. The middleman was winning.
Act II: Reclaiming the Booking
Saad left the OTA world to found Navatech with one mission: sever the dependency.
We began by building high-conversion direct booking websites and optimizing local SEO for properties. By rebuilding the bridge directly from the guest to the hotel, we helped independent operators reclaim their margins and control their digital destiny.
Act III: Winning the Stay and the Review
But solving the booking was only phase one. We realized that once the guest arrived, hotels reverted to chaos.
"Winning the reservation is just the beginning. The real revenue, reviews, and retention are won during the stay."
That realization birthed Smartpath. We shifted the focus from the calendar to operations. We built the AI layer that turns messy WhatsApp messages into structured workflow, so the guest experience, stay recovery, and final review outcome are as optimized as the booking process.
